Zaxby’s is the fastest growing chicken chain in the country with over 900 stores and $1.6 billion in annual revenue. They tasked us to engage their audience with the company’s purpose on an ongoing basis to drive brand affinity with guests, increase store count and new licensees, and enhance employee morale and productivity.
What we did
We’re currently working with them to help share the company story, the importance of creating experiences, and connecting with local communities.
Thus far we have concepted, produced, and directed five films that reveal Zaxby’s as much more than a chicken company. In addition, we organized and managed data across the country to ensure efficient production.
Although the release date is not until late 2018, we have already seen the initial impact of this project internally. The stories of social good that we uncovered within the Zaxby’s organization have circulated internally, driving excitement and goodwill towards the brand. From the CEO down to the individual store team member, we have seen an increase in communication and overall employee productivity.
