SSP wants to generate increased sales revenue by winning new airport development bids. In addition, they want to seamlessly onboard a large volume of new recruits and connect them with the company culture.


Chispa House built custom RFP presentations for each airport bid, using a combination of leadership interviews, testimonials and cinematic representations of their strategy. Additionally, Chispa House leveraged the content library to build an awards and onboarding program for employees.

Project Objectives

RFP Differentiation

SSP takes pride in searching for distinctive and diverse restaurants within each city.

We built a series of videos that are used to evolve their presentation process in order to generate new business within some of the most frequently traveled airports in the United States.


LaGuardia Airport

SSP wants to showcase the variety of restaurants that they could place inside well-known airports such as LGA.

We worked alongside top New York chef, Marc Forgione, to create a video that helped solidify the quality of cuisine that SSP offers to airports across the country.


San Jose International Airport

We developed a video strategy to go along with their desire to bring the “taste of place” to airports around the nation.

SSP wants to make an impression on guests as soon as they arrived, giving them the chance to experience San Jose’s cultural heritage through diverse, quality restaurants placed in the airport.

Awards Videos

The executive chefs at SSP are a large part of what makes their company a success.

We created a video to highlight divisional executive chef, Renate DeGeorge, who was awarded Chef of the Year. SSP used this award spotlight video to showcase their craftsmanship and win deals at additional airports.


San Francisco
International Airport

We highlighted a collection of three local San Francisco restaurants that joined under a brand new foodhall to serve airport visitors an array of fresh goods at SFO. The restaurants include warm baked goods, crafted Thai cuisine and authentic street tacos.


Culture and Recruitment

SSP America has proudly recruited over 1,500 employees to their multiple locations across the United States.

To provide seamless onboarding, we created a company culture video to excite recruits and showcase the empowering atmosphere of their company.


SSP Passion

We followed SSP to Chicago for their annual conference and created a video to capture the energy and purpose that lies within all their employees.

This culture video reveals true passion for their jobs, customers, and vendors.
